Unprofessional & ignorant - find a different rental company – If they would allow me to leave zero stars, I would. I have lived in many different cities, states, etc (active duty military) and this has, by far, been the absolute worst experience. As been said previously, the rudeness they emit is disgusting. Rude Women – This is the rudest office I have ever dealt with. I would never list my house thru them nor rent a house from them. Very unprofessional office. There are many other property management companies in Tucson that far surpass Casa Vista. If you are reading this, this is fair warning not to do business with this company, You'll be sorry you did.
Nancy Kuepp and her agency are horrible at best!! – The only reason for 1 star is because I had to choose a star in order to write this review. Casa Vista Properties off Oracle Rd were distasteful, unprofessional, and lazy on good days. Good luck getting anyone to call you back. They make up excuses. Casa vista blessed us!!!!!! – Hell, you ever hit a review web site and cannot figure out why so many bad reviews? When your own experience was so polar opposite! We were treated so well! The staff was friendly, showed to our property showing in a prompt manner,very friendly and worked with our circumstances. Found the property in great condition fresh paint and very clean. Total rip off – I had the displeasure of renting a property from Casa Vista recently. During the year I stayed in the home they were the highly unresponsive to any form of communication. I'd ask for them to call me back and never hear anything. Finally after moving out, a month later I was sent my deposit check to which they reduced to less than a third of what I gave them charging me for things that were in the same condition as when I moved in. Casa Vista Management Blows!!!!-Stay Away! – These clowns are creme de la creme slum lords. If they were being rated on a scale of Lazy, rude, unprofessional, and worst of all liars...they'd get 4-Stars! They have no shame, but what slum lords do? Worst company in Tucson – This is a family run business so that is the reason nothing gets done and it does no good to talk to the owner because she is just as rude as the workers. I would stay far away from this place. No wonder they have not been shut down by the real estate board. They never return emails or phone calls and any communication with them is beyond rude. Casa Vista = Poor management + Negligence – This company is disrespectful on many levels. They care very little about those who rent from them. I just recently filed a complaint against them because of the money they refused to return to me. If you are considering doing business with this group, be aware of the possibility of negligence and perhaps even getting money stolen.
Repair, what repair? – Renters Beware!!! According to Casa Vista Properties, three days is acceptable timing for cooler repair in the dead of August, and I am still waiting on a maintainence request from 6 weeks ago. When I finally fixed the cooler myself they refused to refund me for the labor ($20), parts ($25) or even time ($20/day three days) that our house was 100+ degrees (that is a relative guess, since the thermostat tops out at 95 degrees) .
