I had a great experience living here for around 2 and a half years. Everything worked out well in the apartment between appliances, countertops, etc. The grounds and common areas are always nicely maintained and landscaped. Management is always professionals and easy to work with, very communicative and responsive for dealing with maintenance issues. Only minor concern is that street parking can be tough for having guests over. I would definitely recommend renting and living here.
