Went through the drive-thru at 8:50, couldn’t hear them through the speaker so we told them we’ll just pull around to go inside. Sign says they close at 10pm. As we pull up to the front door a woman locks the door on us and walks away. Refuses to make eye contact. I knock on the door and she shoos her hand at me and mouths the words closed while 3 other employees stand around. What kind of business treats customers this way??? Happy to walk away and not support this kind of operation.
Upon arrival, we stood there in the door way for entirely to long while the servers sat chatting with another table. Not taking orders or anything. Just chatting. They finally advised us to sit wherever we wanted. We were assigned a server that spoke maybe 3 words of English. Which I get it.. we’re in a Mexican restaurant.. but it sure made ordering anything a real pain because we couldn’t understand anything she was asking. We were only allowed 3 little ramicans of salsa. They said any more than that would cost per serving.... read more
