This place is horrible to live in. People smoke a lot of cigarettes and marijuana, and they're also very noisy. Plus, there are too many people living in the apartments, so the dumpster where you throw out the trash is always full and stinky. I lived there for 7 years, and believe me, sometimes you end up in these kinds of places because the rent prices are so expensive, but you pay the price. This Property Manager is rude! If you do NOT speak a word of Spanish or of Latin descent good luck you will be treated differently from the other renters. She will give opportunities to those inquiring about the apartments if you speak Spanish, from what I heard from renters she has family members living there that she sides with more. I lived at Casa Victoria Apartments for about 7 years. During this time I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The manager Teresa is so kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is small but they are very efficient and friendly. My two kids were always running around and enjoying the beautiful property with the luscious greenery. I enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend to someone who wants to live in an affordable, great location.
El edificio es muy viejo son de tres pisos todo el ruido es muy malo y las personas son Muy desagradables cuando vino la ambulancia por mi en su reporte pusieron q vivía en un lugar de gobierno de rehabilitación jaja q porq está muy feo el lugar
