This Property Manager is rude! If you do NOT speak a word of Spanish or of Latin descent good luck you will be treated differently from the other renters. She will give opportunities to those inquiring about the apartments if you speak Spanish, from what I heard from renters she has family members living there that she sides with more. I lived at Casa Victoria Apartments for about 7 years. During this time I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The manager Teresa is so kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is small but they are very efficient and friendly. My two kids were always running around and enjoying the beautiful property with the luscious greenery. I enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend to someone who wants to live in an affordable, great location.
El edificio es muy viejo son de tres pisos todo el ruido es muy malo y las personas son Muy desagradables cuando vino la ambulancia por mi en su reporte pusieron q vivía en un lugar de gobierno de rehabilitación jaja q porq está muy feo el lugar
