The pasta was undercooked. I dropped 175, but i could’ve made this at home. Service was 1/10. I legit had to chew on that $50 pasta. This place is all hype, go anywhere else.
Muy recomendado, el olor a trufa llena el lugar. Si visitas en temporada navideña - fin de año debes reservar con anticipación. Las pastas y el fondue son un must. No es un lugar económico, como muchos en Aspen, aprox 600 USD con propina por 3 personas, pero vale mucho la pena.
The customer service was warm and friendly, everyone was so nice. The food was absolutely amazing including the desserts! The atmosphere was lovely, and sitting outside made it the perfect experience.
Food was great, well seasoned and decent portion sizes. The service was a little odd, when I asked our server what is in each dish(its all in Italian, and we didnt understand it) she kinda gave 2 word answers like "its pasta" or "thats a steak" wasn't very helpful at all. We had to google our dinner. I asked for an iced tea while the other girls ordered cocktails (being DD) and never asked if I wanted a refill while other got multiple cocktails. I realize I am an outlier here giving a five star when it mostly has an average 4.1 rating, and I only had one dish, but it was the Pollo Piri Piri, and I have to admit it was delicious—the chicken was tender, the roasted potatoes cooked to perfection, and even though I didn’t like the sauce that came with it (because it reminded me too much of Sriracha), the sauce was off to the side and therefore didn’t ruin the dish and quite frankly I know most people like the Sriracha flavor.
