The manager is amazing! Maintenance, pool, and landscaping is always kept up. You do not feel like you live in El Cajon next to Wells Park, it feels more like a gated safe home. Assigned parking, no fighting for street parking which is awesome. Definitely rent here!!
Clean gated community. Has a pool plus a gym. The manager speaks Spanish and was very helpful showing me around the property.

The manager at first was gonna offer me an apartment the managers suit. And when they found out I had a service dog they backed out, I am a disabled veteran and I do not like playing this card but I feel that the apartment really was judgmental against my rights. Do Not rent here they will screw you over.
The manager is so nice and this is the only positive thing here. The apartment is like a doll house( just shape). Everyday we have something broken in it and the maintence guy is always not here so we have to do everything by our selves.
