Love This Place I loved living here, I’m so sad to leave because very nice and friendly people. The landlord is an amazing woman! I highly recommend moving here, the 1 bedroom apartments are very spacious and nice! Very close to stores and walking distance to a church, schools ect!!
Tranquil, Cozy Apartments It has been a lovely and functional unit for my family of 3 . Ideal location near various well-known stores. Convenient to pay rent, request maintenance or contact landlord/manager. I have appreciated the amazing routine care upheld in unit pest control services, presenting a clean community laundry room, and outdoor landscaping.
g. Beware Make certain, after they show you the SHOWROOM, you ask to view the actual unit you will be renting. Very important.
Plz don’t get this low At casa Serena’s living facility the owners harass you, they stock you, send you letters, call you leaving evil voicemails, very rude and very disrespectful! Me and my family do not feel comfortable walking outside when they are around and make it such a horrible place to live in. Everything u own is an “extra charge” apartments have bugs, some have bed bugs!!! Owners will call and harass u and threaten ur family to be on the street but yet can’t fix some bugs? Nope Ask to see actual unit you will be taking not just showroom. Floors stained, Burns and Nick's all over counters, dirty c corners of floor, no screens on Windows and sliders. Everotyer week I was spotting a roach or two. No fridge in unit. Management sold me one a tenant had abandoned, for a hundred dollars that smelled and cooling unit was broken. I had to pay a repair person to fix it.
