The apartments at casa Are perfect for My husband and I we were welcome with open Arms even tho our tenancy was short we will miss an amazing manager. She is so kind the Ownership is very professional. Highly recommended
The old man and old lady are very discriminatory and crooked, they will deny your application for your color, being black or brown is a crime for them, they still look at us as slaves!!!

Racist property management, basically denies you for your color, and land lady will see you before approving your application.
3 stars because they are paranoid and felt the need to stick up a gate and cameras ( though I didn't see any cams, guy just told me) for no reason. I like Redding because it's a small town vibe where we all stick together and watch each others backs. I was living here 15 years ago and I don't like this. This isn't Los Angeles. Only stick up cameras if you are having problems. Not out of a need to " stay ahead" come on guy.
