Casa Sanchez is a fine place to live, residents are nice and friendly. The management is not exactly top notch with exception of our maintenance man and sometimes the on-site manager ( who gets caught between upper management and building owners and the obvious needs of the renters). This building has security issues, non residents break in, steal packages left in mail area, mailboxes get broken into (three times this week alone). Security entrance system is problematic.
