I just moved out after ten years. When I moved in it was great. Since then the family owned rental company was handed to the second generation, the resident manager was replaced by a resident janitor, and fewer services and amenities were offered. Rent still kept going up of course. The area is fantastic so I moved right next door. Different management company and things are great.
