Great local company instead of supporting big corporations! Quick to respond to calls and text questions. Check in/out was easy. Also loved the place we stayed at!
Terrible company to rent with! I rented a condo with 3 beds through the air b n b app. The property is managed by Casa Rentals. They sent instructions on how to check in once arriving. We followed the instructions. We entered the access code to open the key box and the key box was EMPTY! This was after a very long 19 hour travel flight day with several delayed flights, putting us arriving late into Anchorage at 11:30pm. This was a wonderful clean, well stocked unit. Casa Rentals exceeded our expectations. We had 2 toddlers and enjoyed letting them play in the well maintained yard. We even found an age appropriate fishing game in the pantry. This unit was spacious and quiet.
