We had a great stay. Place was clean. Short drive to Downtown
Disappointing experience, particularly while travelling with a baby. A simple request for a little extra checkout time was handled poorly and ultimately became unnecessarily confrontational. The host manipulated the situation so we would make the booking until the it was beyond the cancellation date, and subsequent account was inaccurate and one-sided. Wouldn't recommend any of their properties, purely because of how the staff handles situations and puts out false accusations.
Casa Rentals initially booked us into a unit that would not qualify to be section 8 housing but was almost $400. When my partner and I got inside the pillows, mattresses, accent pillows, etc smelled like throw up. The window latches weren't even attached so two windows wouldn't lock but the kitchen window was secured shut using a fork from the kitchen.
