We were tenants for 3 years and 11months. We really didn't have any problems while living there except a couple maintenance requests about the fence needing fixed not getting done. We were kind of forced out with 2 months to find a place to live because the owner did not want to renew the lease. We worked with Casa to find another house, asked questions about the move out process and cleaning. Which we hired a cleaning company that they use for a move out clean. Horrible company, stay away. Will break and enter your home, steal your deposit, talk to you like trash. Read the reviews on all websites. I wish i would have before i moved in.
