very friendly. nice ambiance. fast and attentive service. huge portions. excellent chips and salsa. rest of food so so but we are vegetarians so not easy to please. limited choices. food bland and unimaginative. cisco must have stopped here.
Red Bluff is notorious for horrible restaurants. Casa Ramos is probably the best place to eat, but it could be better. Salsa is way too hot for most people. They need to add some salt into their rice & beans to give it flavor as well as the enchiladas. Atmosphere very nice, staff friendly.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! Not even if someone was my worst enemy would I take them here. I ate here on Saturday evening. I simply ordered a burrito with no meat and it came out to $8. I did not really mind because I have paid more for better burritos. We waited for a good 45 minutes and the place only had about four other tables occupied with three waitress' working. We ate our food, paid our bill, and left. The food is not that bad but not that good, either. The worst thing is the horrific stomach pain after every meal there.
