The pool is green/gross and not open for use in Aug 2011. The playground equipment is rusted and deteriorated, not fit for use. Landscaping is poor and very unattractive. No laundry room available to residents. Perimeter fencing is in disrepair and easily breached in many areas. Move-in repairs are not accomplished... many residents express extreme dissatisfaction with this. In a few words, very poor management coupled with even poorer corporate oversight.

They are very clean. They also have a large kitchen, which is not commen in apartments. Very nice community.
