Have lived here for a year and the noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable. The floor and walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors conversations and tvs. Upstairs we had people who sounded like they dropped heavy weights every evening and enjoyed moving their furniture around every night. Nice clean area. Walls are kind of thin. Apartment is nice and compacted but open living room and kitchen.
Tried calling to schedule a tour at least 6 times. No one picked up the phone or called me back when I left a voice mail. If they can't even answer their phone, it makes me wonder the conditions of the rest of the place.
