Casa Playa is hands down some of the best Mexican food around—honestly one of my go-to spots in the neighborhood. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time I go. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Mexican spot—easily a 5-star visit. The California burrito was next-level: perfectly seasoned meat, crispy fries, fresh toppings, and everything wrapped up just right. Every bite was packed with flavor and honestly one of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the hospitality. This place is chill and good vibes only. My family and I love coming here for lunch. I needed a mental health day from work and wanted to come here for lunch. Food was good and it was just what I needed:)
My absolute favorite taco place. I haven’t been in LA in 2 years and have thought about this place so often! I’m vegetarian and the plant-based tacos are THE BEST 😍 Definitely not waiting another 2 years before I come back here!
