Probably the worse burrito in all of LA. We came in with nothing but high hopes of this place (mainly from google reviews) but the reality was far from it. We ordered 3 "deluxe" burritos. From the price point I thought they would actually hold real ingredients. The reality was mainly beans. They up charge for carne asada which is just ground beef. Al pastor is also just ground beef. I’ve been going to casa playa for 15+ years and this is my favorite crispy chicken taco. The staff is great too. Highly recommend!
As someone born in California and who comes back to visit quite a bit I can confidentially say this place is extremely special. You really won’t find much better food, service, and just California vibes than you get from here. I had the Cali burrito and the fries stayed just so perfectly crispy. Could not recommend enough.
Incredible some of the best tacos ive had on the coast... ill always come here when in hermosa or redondo
