DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! This place is hell on earth. I rented an apartment here from 2019-2024. Where do I begin... the management company (Wonderdog Management) is horrible at business. Nothing I ever requested was a priority until I would have to get Code Compliance involved. The upstairs units are all falling apart. I and every single neighbor I knew had leeks. Super thankful and grateful for this aparmtent complex, After scrolling and countless phone calls with apartment buldings that wouldnt work with my situation, i stubbled across The Casa Palmeras Ad. They were running a special for Move-in at the time, so i took a leap of faith and sent a message. Within minutes Sarah (Property Managers) responded. I gave her details of my situation, and some set backs that were arising. She totally gave me options and assisted me the entire way. Totally in love with my studio.
I toured a studio building in July 2023, right after Wonderdog Management took over. I was hesitant after reading past reviews, but hands-down this was the cleanest apartment I have ever toured! And the new Managers, Tina and Sarah, are awesome! I totally want to live in this building, but the studio was wayyy overpriced - the smallest, yet most expensive one I saw in Palm Desert area (around 250 sf). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the studio was overpriced compared to similar units at other buildings. Loc... read more
One of the worst places to live. Dont let Daniel rush you through the walk the through of the falling apart complex. Even Palm Springs has shut down projects because they are cutting corners. Pay attention, the building is falling apart. Jason (maintenance guy) and Daniel will NOT get anything fixed and will lie straight to your face. Building is falling apart. They dont fix problems inside the apartments, unless it's a roof or floor caving in, yep that's been happening. Still waiting for the pool was told 6 weeks in April.... Now it's July.... No excuse laziness and lies!
