BAD Customer service at the Lufkin Casa Ole. When we asked to change the sauce on a meal my husband wanted to order was told with an attitude that would be .80 extra. When he asked why because all he ask to do was switch one sauce for another one, not add one. The waiter had a don't care, so what attitude. It was not the .80 cost it was the poor customer service the way he said it the action of the server. I don't think they even deserve one star. The restraunt is dirty. Each time I have gone, I have been sat at a dirty table, and the food has usually been cold to luke warm when it's been brought out. The staff is nothing but a bunch of kids, and could care less if you have everything that you need. They are stingy with their napkins, and service. I doubt very seriously I will be back.
