Great location, clean and great customer service for the $$$ – We had a quick check-in and our room was much nicer than we thought or saw on their web page. This hotel is located in town and was a 5-10 min. walk or 1 min drive into the center of the Ojai village. The beds were comfortable, they offered us bottled water for free which was great to wash down some fresh and hot chocolate chip cookies.
