First off, I’m 100% behind the concept. Great to see a proud employee-owned restaurant wearing it like a badge of honor. Now where’s the follow through? With a reservation—Took 20 minutes to be greeted and get water/drink order. Took an hour and 15 more to even get the food. All in all, the food was good but not worth the wait.
