Honestly, this place used to be great, but the service at the butcher counter has become very disappointing. The staff often seem irritated, even when we politely make simple requests, such as asking for cold cuts to be sliced very thin. Too often, we get home and discover that our request wasn’t followed. We’re paying customers, and reasonable requests deserve care and attention—especially at one of the most expensive Brazilian butcher shops in the area.
