I am a frequent customer of Casa Mia's and am generally pleased with the carry out service. However, on Sunday the order was not complete, two items were missing from the crab cake platter. The items were checked off on the receipt list indicating all items were present. The staff should double check to ensure ALL items are included in their platters.
My family and I have been customers of casa mia's for a long long time. We order delivery quite regularly and have never had many problems. However, tonight when we answered the door the first thing the delivery man says is "wow I cannot believe how many black people are moving into these neighborhoods." I have never been so offended and shocked. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again if these are the type of people that they employ.
Best crab cakes in MD. Get the double with fries and veggies. You will be very happy you did.
Horrible service, delivery never came, called to have my card refunded. It's been over 4 days and I can't get a manager on the phone that can refund me. Calling credit card company to dispute.
Ok..first time would be customer..would've spent $40.00 .but due to me being in the hospital in which is probably 10 mins from them..per the manager..they can't come on the floor..ummm why not I can come to the elevator to meet the delivery guy...YOU SUCK..boycott. You know it's SUPER BOWL SUNDAY
