I’m a sucker for verde sauce but the quality is widely variable. At lunch yesterday I had the best chicken enchiladas with verde sauce I’ve ever had. First, the enchiladas were perfectly prepared, tortillas soft and pliable, chicken tender and moist, and the verde! Oh my goodness, I wanted to swim in it. I’m still thinking of it a day later. A total winner.
