Julia Elena is such a sweet woman. I came to her with a dress I had found online and she made sure I had it for my rehearsal dinner. She is also an amazing seamstress and worked tirelessly during Hurricane Sandy to ensure I had it in time. She even had me go to her home to try it on to make sure it was perfect. Although her shop is only run by her and she can be out of the store at certain times of the day when you go to meet her, she does get the job done and will make sure you have the dress you need.
