HORRIBLE I lived here while attending college and some friends still live there now and I am feel sorry for them... but for me.. I absolutely hated it. There were things always breaking and when that was bring that up to the landlord it would take weeks to get fixed. Also, I have given a 30 day notice of leaving and suddenly they say they never received it. On top of that, after my roommates and I left the residence they said that we destroyed the place and we needed to pay for a new paint job BUT when we moved in it looked ... read more
Horriblex2 2 for the nice place. Other than that the on site manager can't solve anything. Bad neighbors, this one apt almost set fire twice! to themselves... more people do marijuana here than in canada (that might be a plus for tweekers.. idk). Overall pretty lousy place.
