These posts I am seeing about you forcing an elderly 79 YEAR OLD man to clean up after himself when he threw up your food is despicable. While I hope there's another side to this, you are in the service industry, in a small town, with a lot of mouths, it is your responsibility to treat your patrons (especially a 50 year patron) with much more respect, and humanity than this. I'm am very sadden but the way the you all treated the the couple and their daughters who were visiting the area. No one who has vomited should have to clean it it....even Wal Mart isn't that cruel. Every member of this family is owed a public apologize. And to show you understand how rotten this family was treated, you should give them back their money. I will also be posting this to my Facebook page so all of my friends can see how disrespectful your business is.
My husband, kids and I LOVE Casa! The service is wonderful and the food is great! We even have a server who not only knows us by name she knows our order and has our drinks to us before we even have to ask!
Seriously?! Telling an elderly to clean up after he threw up YOUR food? What the hell! That's not how you treat customers, let alone the elderly Where is your respect? You owe that family and man an apology!!
