This place is very irritating I have tried to call the front desk 20 times no one will answer I’m on my way to a funeral and I left my purse in one of your rooms. You’re incompetent to answer the phone and I’m tired of not getting ahold of you guys. I cannot turn around as though the funeral is tomorrow morning. Bed was very comfy though.
The room
Very run down. The hotel is in bad shape. Mouse trap in the room which indicates these creatures do exist here. Ac is in terrible shape. Bedsheets had what seems like ciggerate burns in them. For $88 a night this is very over valued. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Nasty room had the best room they offer was it good was dirty bed was a full size and hard as a rock can’t have any visitors walls cracked small tv overall not worth the 300 I paid for 2 nights stayed one and left the next never again
The WORST service I’ve ever experienced! Management needs to be changed asap. Person at front desk is very rude and likes to get aggressive with paying customers! And bedding doesn’t seem to be clean at all. And tried telling me who I could and couldn’t have in my room
