I have lived at the Casa Loma Apartments for about 14 months now and love it. It is very affordable, they do not raise the rates, you can drop off your trash each day at a designated spot in the hallway, it is safe since you must dial to enter, there is a pool, maintenance is on site daily, and all utilities are included!! Also, I never hear my neighbors from above, below, or next door. It is an extremely quiet environment great for working/studying.
