Unprofessional, discriminatory, and unethical staff. I would advise against moving into any cal prop management property. Nice people at first, but once you're in.. the mask comes off. Changes agreements without consenting you! I did not consent or sign any papers to change anything with my lease, and when I confronted them about changes thay made without speaking to me. Lived here 1968-1970 while in the Navy, lived in apt 20
My experience here has not been that bad, however there have been a couple concerns. The neighbors can tend to be very nosy. Repairs take a while to get fixed and the office managers are never there unless its PAY DAY for the rent.
