Wow. This place and its sister apartments (San Juan in Bisbee and Huachua) are run by the worst people. We filled out application and we're told everything was ready to go 4 days before we were set to move. Then on moving day no one is there to sign lease. They said they called to let us know there was an issue but my phone shows no calls from them. Then they say there is problems and we can't move in. We had a truck rented and utilities changed. They are highly irresponsible and unprofessional.
Definitely has a caring management, although, on a separate note, it is advisable to have a good sense of humor while living here....the neighbors are good hearted people who share many heartwarming experiences of their encounters with Diamond Backed Rattlers, scorpions, coyotes, wild boars, mountain lions and the like. The giant tarantulas are no bother. Most are, or can be-"tamed". People ride their beautiful pinto horses freely, past my living room window. I love it here sometimes. I am a writer.
It's just that, apartment complex that keeps the water running the light bulbs fresh. No thrills no over the top sales crap. It's tombstone az with lots of outsiders. Very safe very clean untill a dust storm blows in.
New management very rude and uncaring about residents safety and security. Gates supposed to be locked at all times but left open for wild animals and unwanted people trying to get in. Intercom system NOT working! you can only push button to let someone in without knowing who it is . It could be someone with a gun. Grounds totally unkempt. Owners know all this but don't seem to care.
