Easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. I discovered an active gas leak when I moved the stove to deep clean. The gas technician said she’d never seen anything like it and had to reinstall it herself to keep my child and me safe. Now we are pursuing legal counsel and have the code and compliance board coming to check things out as a result of thinking we had totally different health issues stemming from something that was actual the gas leak. Probably the worst place I’ve resided. The property manager Elana lets her dog use the bathroom on the concrete in her back yard when there’s a grass patch on the property. The lovely smell of sun baked dog poop and piss comes through our doors and windows when they are open and it’s a great view for your guests to see. I don’t know what apartments are pictured because I paid for the highest apartments advertised and it doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Rents cheap because you get what you pay for. I really love living here. I have friendly neighbors and I love the location. Irina and Kassra are wonderful to work with. My move in process was a breeze and the value and location is priceless. Gated parking for residents (but adjacent to a residential street with plenty of guest parking!). It’s a nice, quiet place to call home. And the laundry room is beautiful.
