Demanded the application fees (which is understandable), lease initiation fee (?) , and deposit (?) BEFORE she even processed or looked at our applications. She claimed this was all refundable but refused to provide any document, receipt, or paper stating this. Refused to work with us and demanded the payment or she'd move on to the next applicant. I stay at the one in t-vile , the office people are nice and understanding. BUT how many "bug inspection" can you have every 3-4 month? Seem like it's an excuse to randomly charge people if there place is "not ready" for inspection, sure they do give u warning but even after we clean our place, there still dishes in the sink that day (we gotta eat) they charge us for not being ready AND they said they CAN come back as many times as they want to "follow up" and will charge you each time continuously if you did not met their s... read more

These are horrible apartments. They can't even get people to work for them for maintance and everyone quits on them so expect to wait 4 months to get something so simple to get fixed. They have "bug inspections" yet have roaches! They're disgusting apartments and the landlord doesn't do anything about it or try to offer a solution for any of the problems within their apartments. They're hot with broken ACs it took 2 months to get a new on middle of summer. I don't recommend anyone to lease from them.

Horrible, Expensive, Old, Lead in paint, leaky pipes = lead paint everywhere, Windows do not seal, see other review and attached pictures. Not worth it unless you are fluent Spanish and drug lingo.
