For several months, we repeatedly complained about black mold appearing in our unit. Management never took any real action and only sent standard responses saying they would send someone to address the issue, but nothing was ever done. The complex has no ventilation system other than windows. During the summer, everyone keeps their windows open, and all units face a concrete courtyard that significantly amplifies sound.
