My name is Kevin and I’ve lived in Casa La Palma apartment for almost 7 years. During the time I’ve hardly had much issues with slow maintenance response. Their response time is excellent. The maintenance guy David and other old gentleman are super friendly and professional. The management team is the same way very friendly and professional especially the manager Sophia has been absolutely wonderful made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for all you do!

I came by to check out the apartments with my mother and upon entering the leasing office we were not greeted back after saying hello first. Nothing was said to us while we patiently waited by the door. The manager continued doing what she was doing and then made some calls, still not acknowledging that we were there just standing. We stood for about 5 more minutes until she finally acknowledged that we were there and asked us to sit down and give her a second, she then proceeded to make 2 more phone calls before giving us h... read more
