We recently stopped by Casa La Palma Apartments to drop off a friend, so this review is based only on a first impression. The building structure looks a bit old and could use some updates or touch-ups to improve the overall appearance. There seems to be plenty of parking, but most of the spaces we saw were reserved, so we’re not sure how convenient parking is for residents or guests. The community is very clean, well-maintained, and a truly beautiful place to live. My name is Kevin and I’ve lived in Casa La Palma apartment for almost 7 years. During the time I’ve hardly had much issues with slow maintenance response. Their response time is excellent. The maintenance guy David and other old gentleman are super friendly and professional. The management team is the same way very friendly and professional especially the manager Sophia has been absolutely wonderful made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for all you do!
