I found this showroom well organized and clean. Everything was polished and looking great? I went in looking to remodel my bathroom the first person who greeted me was, I think her name was Rachel, was so nice she made me feel right at home. It was hot that day she offered a cold bottle of water and showed around the show room. Wow what a great selection of bathroom and kitchen products, I didn't realize there where so many options. Professional, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and reliable are some of the words that spring to mind after Felipé and the folks at Palazzo recently wrapped up replacing our old tile kitchen countertops with beautiful new quartz. Felipé's follow-through at all phases was consistent and comforting. In this age of unreliable contractors, working with Palazzo was a breath of fresh air. A bit on the pricey side perhaps, but well worth the peace of mind and the results!
