The staff and Casa Haven are great to work with. Maintenance is fast to respond and Kendall answers anytime I call. From the time I put my application in to now they are always quick to answer and take care of needs. Been here two years and I’ll rent from them for as long as I can
Greetings ! I booked a space through Airbnb Cassidy was in charge of my check in to which she was an hour late and then didn't have any blankets to accommodate extra guests I left my review on Airbnb and she proceeded to message me to change my review and refund me on my stay . She then proceeded to use those messages to get my review retracted instead of correcting the issue . At this point I'm filing a BBB COMPLAINT AND ILL BE PUTTING ALL THEIR LISTINGS ON REDDIT .
