I was told we got three calls for an appointment we waited a month for, which isn't true. we are broke and have no groceries, this is unfair. We already had to wait a month to get these benefits again. Someone needs to at least reload the benefits for my one child if they can't add the second one on right now. I have been told have an old number on file before after updating my info with them, in person, multiple times, so not sure if that's what is happening but I'd rather go in person since the telephonic thing always gets... read more

Even if you are sitting by the phone waiting for your appointment, if you don't answer (it kicked to my voicemail because I received another unexpected call at the exact same time), I tried calling back twice and they don't return calls. They just do their paperwork until their next appointment. I literally called two minutes later once I realized what happened, and they do not call back. I just moved from the west side of Arizona. Called on trying to fix my Benefits to over here and the lady Vicky was absolutely rude. Don’t recommend at all. I couldn’t believe the customer service here.
