A change in management group would be nice. This management group does absolutely nothing for the residents.
My brother has lived there for several years and since management has changed it has gone down hill very much so. What a shame. It used to be a very nice place. Talked to several tenants and no one seems to have a good thing to say about the place anymore. They need to change the parking. Never a place to park. The front office staff was rude and arrogant. I tried to follow up on a work order my parents had open and had NO status on for a week. I was told that they did NOT give copies out of work ordersa and the secretary and the so called supervisor were EXTREMLY RUDE. i can see why my parents told me they wanted to move out. This staff needs to change or they need to GO! Our parents deserver better!
