This is a QUIET respectful community! No heavy bass or loud music, fireworks or barking dogs allowed! Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. The lots are clean no signs of dog feces or trash (to keep nasty bugs away). The property is well lit to keep theft and crime down. Looking forward to 2025 improvements: The removal of chain link fence and replacement to cinder block will definitely improve security and curb appeal.

We moved into the community in Dec 2023 had a few hiccups until we got our new community manager Neka. She is amazing!! She has cleaned up this park and still is, she is bringing in new homes, she always listens to her tenants concerns, always looking for new things to add and bring into the park. Neka is very approachable, easy to talk to and she is very upfront and honest! She runs this park very professional and very well. I could go on and on about how awesome she is!
