Disgusting apartments with roaches, doesn’t keep up with renovations for safe and comfortable living, bathrooms have mold, kitchen is infested with roaches, sometimes a rat will appear, they will hire amateur repair workers who create more damage and Dora will make you call the company to fix the issue. She is the worst manager and doesn’t care about anyone but herself. DONT LIVE HERE FIND SOME PLACE BETTER!!!!!!
I read all these reviews prior to moving in and I don't agree with any of them. So far I have had a good experience at this location.
I haven't been able to take a nap after work or on weekends for the past five months. The level of NOISE is unbelievable - all the time! There are rules posted on the building and by the pool that no one cares about, and no one enforces those rules. People who use the pool always make a lot of noise: they yell and scream very loudly while jumping in the water and play ball games in the pool, and this continues for hours if not for the entire day till 10 PM.
