Ding Dong the Witch is GONE!!! Finally the owners evicted the terrible and worthless Management and maintenance couple that ruled here...IT'S ABOUT TIME! Why did you guys take so long? Geeeezzzz! It was like walking on pins and needles here, place was not kept up and if you got on her "BAD SIDE" she would find ways to evict you...be careful and not let you kids bad mouth or fight with her bratty grandkids...THEY would flatten your bike tires or say you turned in your rent late to the owners.

Just wanted to warn everyone...the manager of the Casa Grande Ap. is very unprofessional. I strongly urge anyone who rents here to keep to yourself! The manager sits outside all day and slanders tenants to tenants. When she is bored she makes up lies and feeds of the drama like an addiction. Please dont be fooled by her Kindness, keep your guard up! Other than that the rooms are pretty big but need work. There is alot of water damage and mold. But they do except pets! Good Luck...
Nice large units with responsive management team of Connie & Darrell Howell. Very happy of the new management changes & quiet environment now '� !!!
I've been in my apt for over a year now. I have No complaints. Everyone welcomed me here and still talk to me today.
Clean Units – JUST MOVED IN LAST MONTH, I have real Nice neighbors, the large units are awesome, clean and comfortable . I like the pet policy here, so far it's cool !
