Casa Hell First off...the pictures on the site is old. The complex dont look nothing like that now. The pool water is black right now. Been like that for 2 months. Trash all over the complex...the grass in the courtyard is to my knees. Since St. John's property took over Managing the complex it's going to hell. They dont want to fix nothing... but want to go up on the rent. Lived here six years... will be moving next month when my lease up. I advise you not to even thinking about moving in this complex.
casa grande is horrendous this apartment complex does not fix ANYTHING! There is no office personnel and they only deal with you on the phone or internet.
