I want to give a big shoutout to Debra and Alex and all the crew who helped us move to a bigger apartment. Debra was so helpful as always and Alex and his crew did a great job getting the apartment ready. As with any older complex, there are issues that pop up but the team here always tries their best to handle them as fast as possible, and I understand that they have their hands somewhat tied by the corporate overlords! Keep up the good work!
Just moved in 10 days ago and I’m loving it. Honestly, it was like love at first sight. I looked at around 7 apartments, but my heart was already set on Casa Grande from the beginning. I remember my first tour was on a rainy day and Genie still gave me the full experience like a professional. Management is not compliant with the lease agreement and city noise laws. For months our family has been dealing with daily constant noise from neighbors music, stomping, furniture dragging, at all hours, both day and night - even explicit activity over our kid’s bedroom. They have questionable people over late hours of the night making excessive noise until 5-6am making us feel extremely uncomfortable. Purposefully takes a long time to review your rental application so that no matter what they get to steal your holding deposit. They get to drag their feet the whole way and you have no choice. Oh and go read their Yelp. I’ve never seen so many poor reviews about a place. Completely turned me off from living here.
