Pros: the radiator worked super good and they allowed cats!!!!!. Cons: the water in the shower was really temperamental and floors were hella creaky...overall, was a good place to live. 👍

Pros: - Allows cats! - Very lovely area, pretty laid back - Close to Skagit Valley College - Walking distance from the Skagit Station - Free water AND heat - 24 hr surveillance - Quirky and full of character, really easy to call home - Never been bothered by neighbor noise or disturbance Cons: - The trains (only for the first week) - Dominos is the only pizza place that delivers this far south... All in all, I love it here. It's affordable, adorable, and conveniently placed right in the central hub of downtown Mount Vernon!
