The service itself was great, and my salesman ***** ***** was outstanding he deserves full recognition. However, the management team was deceptive and frustrating. I requested to remove the add-ons, and after some back-and-forth, the manager claimed he adjusted the deal to meet my preferred monthly payments. ***** team here is amazing. I stopped in after the recommendation of a friend (another highly satisfied customer) and was prepared for the inevitable sales tactics and run around. That was not the experience my family and I received at all. We were greeted immediately by **** *******. He wasnt pushy, found the car we saw online and answered every question we had. Paco, the financial guru we had the pleasure of meeting, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in doing his job and explaining everything that we needed to know.... read more

Lost an injector on my 6.0 powerstroke, while on vacation traveling through ************** at Casa Ford got me in, diagnosed, and back on the road in a matter of a couple days. And saved me a couple hundred $$ on the original quote! Excellent communication, service, and quality repairs! I would know, I worked for a **** dealership and am a mechanic with 25+ years experience. These folks are good at their jobs! A+ for Casa Ford!!!

You can never go wrong with Casa Fords service department! They took my car in an emergency when my driver s side door wouldnt shut and gladly they helped me without having an appointment! A great job they did as well as *** ******* *******, the service representative, shes not only professional but kind and very helpful. Thank you Casa Ford.

I had shopped online and did my research on all different vehicles. Casa ford has deceptive practices and I would not recommend buying from any Casa dealership. I managed to find online a car advertised for $20,500. Paid $19,400 for my vehicle and when I went to pay for it cash I was hit with a mandatory accessories service. Paint and FAB $595.21, CARRX GPS $499, and Loyalty Advantage $399. No matter how much you negotiate the price they require that you pay for additional services and add on fees.

This was the worst vehicle shopping experience. Was scheduled to come in for a test drive which was never at this dealership to start. Upon arrival was guaranteed vehicle would be brought in while an agreement would be discussed. Once an agreement was made was told vehicle was en route so credit could be run and final contract prepared. When contract was being completed was again reassured vehicle was on way.
