Had an appointment on a Thursday at 5pm to have the house measured for an estimate, and was to be called back by the owner the next day to discuss flooring options. At 6:11pm on Thursday I received a call followed by several texts saying they could be there at 6:40 pm to take measurements. I replied we had a 5pm appointment and am busy now, but gave them the measurements of the area I wanted floored and to give me a bid based on that.
