I called Casa fantastic and was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy, professionalism and flexibility of the scheduling department. After we settled on an appointment date I had to change it several times. they changed the date and time without any attitude whatsoever. Azuri and Lucia did an amazing job, this is my second time using the service. First, the company is trustworthy, important for me, and second, my house was not recognizable when they finished. So fresh and so clean clean :)! Will definitely use them again.
Cleaners are very professional. I have had a few different teams and have been very happy with them. They are very thorough.
Deisy was very professional and listened to our very long list of needs for a large home. She went the extra mile and actually showed up in- person to the first cleaning session to get the ladies set-up at the home. She constantly checked-in and asked questions about the home which I appreciated instead of assuming. Definitely looking forward to working with her team for a long time.
