They changed the name to U at Park but the expierence is still the same. The rent keep going up through the three years. First year dealt with ants, roaches, wifi router set to a different password, and broken heater. Second year dealt with homeless sleeping outside of the bedroom door, leaking ac which destroys the paint, bed mattress having holes and spring sticking out, and weed smell from other apartments.
