Tonight my wife and I were looking for a new Italian place to try and this place had really good reviews so we figured we'd give it a try. We called to place an order to pick up. As soon as my wife starts giving the name for our order the man that picked up(says he was the manager) says "what do you want lady?" My wife commented how rude he was coming off and all he had to say was "okay bye bye". Very good food!! The customer service is near the best i’ve had. They take pride in what they do and it shows.
I went there for lunch two days ago... The people were very friendly and receptive... BUT... I paid $17.00 for the absolute worst chicken parmesan and drink, I have ever consumed... the piece of chicken was tiny and old... KFC has bigger tenders... and the pasta and sauce were nearly tasteless... This meal was maybe worth eight bucks with a large drink... I feel like I was robbed... I most likely won't be back...
