OK here is the real deal. We walked in without reservations and fortunately they were able to accommodate us. We ordered the rodizio which came with the salad bar. The salad bar had great options and was well kept. Some other places the salad bar are messy, not this place. Extra points for that alone. The Rodizio had the normal items, chicken, steak, pork, shrimp,. The difference was that the service was above par, and our glasses were never more than half empty. I would highly recommend
Whitney was our waitress. She was very personable and pleasant
Food is absolutely great and Erika the host along with the bar members Jeff and a few others were great and were very friendly
Every part of our dining experience at Casa do Brasil was wonderful! The variety of foods and quality was great, and the wait staff is the best in Waco. Both the manager and assistant manager, Jared, were very attentive. We were comped a delicious chocolate lava cake for our 40th Anniversary. We will return again and again!
Excellent food and service. Excellent service from Jared H. We will definitely be back.
